Cissus Quadrangularis is a perennial plant in the grape family which has a long history of use in traditional medicinal practices, and was often used to support joint, bone, and tendon health.

Our Cissus Extract is a potent supplement made from extracting the active ingredients from the Cissus plant. When taken as a supplement it has been shown to support joint and bone health.

To promote joint and bone health, it is recommended to take 1000 mg (2 capsules) per day. It is not recommended to exceed 1000 mg per day, as doing so will increase the likelihood of experiencing side effects.

At normal doses, Cissus Extract is well tolerated and unlikely to produce adverse side effects. The likelihood of experiencing side effects increases with the dose taken. Side effects sometimes reported are headaches, dry mouth, diarrhea, and insomnia.
