We recommend a dosage of 2 gummies per day which provides 100 mg of Quercetin and 10 mg of elemental Zinc. While a higher dose can be taken if desired 10 mg is an average adult’s daily Zinc requirement so we don’t recommend taking more than 2 gummies per day for a prolonged period of time.

Quercetin is very well studied and is non-toxic with few side effects when taken orally at normal doses. The only commonly reported side effects from oral use of Quercetin are headaches and tingling, and these are more common at high doses.

Zinc is an essential mineral, so side effects are rare at normal doses. That said, it is easy to take in too much Zinc at which point side effects are likely. If you experience any of the following side effects its likely that your dosage is too high or you’re using it too often: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, metallic taste, stomach pain.
