Morgina is popular as a supplement due to its high levels of vitamins and minerals including Vitamins B, C ,K, and Manganese, as well as having potent antioxidant properties. Our Moringa supplement consists of certified organic Moringa leaf powder.

We recommend taking 2-4 500 mg capsules per day, with food. It is not recommended to exceed 8 capsules per day.

Use of Moringa Leaf Extract supplements at recommended doses is safe and non-toxic, although supplements prepared from the roots or seeds should be avoided. Moringa should not be used by pregnant women as some research has suggested high doses could potentially induce miscarriages
